Shipping Guidelines:

1. Delivery Area: We deliver to all areas within the UAE, including city areas and remote areas. Please note that remote areas may have longer delivery times and higher delivery charges.

2. Delivery Time: We strive to deliver all orders within 24 hours from the time the order is picked up from our warehouse by the courier company.

3. Courier Pickup: The courier company picks up all packets from our warehouse every day at 7 p.m. Orders placed after 7 p.m. will be picked up the next day by 7 p.m.

4. Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than 24 hours due to the courier company’s network and frequency of reaching these areas. Additionally, please note that remote areas may have higher delivery charges than regular areas.

5. Delivery Charges: Our regular standard delivery charge is 15 AED for orders below 200 AED. Orders above 200 AED qualify for free delivery (excluding remote areas).

Payment Guidelines:

1. Online Card Payments: We accept secure online card payments on our website. Customers can conveniently use their credit or debit cards to complete the payment process.

2. Cash on Delivery: We offer cash on delivery as a payment option. Customers can choose to pay in cash at the time of order delivery.

3. COD Fees: Cash on delivery orders are subject to a 10 AED fee in addition to the order total.

Right to Refuse:

1. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order in the event of circumstances such as suspected fraudulent activity, inability to fulfill the order, or violation of our terms and conditions.

2. If an order is refused or canceled, we will make every effort to notify the customer and initiate a refund if applicable.
