• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, toiletries)
  • Sale items or gift cards

2. Return Process

• Step 2: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
• Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

• Method of Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged/missing parts).
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges
